The Background:

Portsmouth City Council's Arts and Cultural Development Service organised a number of community events throughout the year that aimed to encourage people to get involved in the arts.

The Challenge:

We were asked to design and print flyers for each event. It was important that all events had an individual look but also created a style that ran across all events.

The Solution:

We created a style for the events that combined one of the Council's corporate fonts (Clarendon) with fun and creative illustrative style. This enabled each event to have it's own identity, but also helped people to recognise each event as being part of a series of the City Council.
