What's more, a website is no longer an item that you can refresh every two or three years. These days a website should be constantly changing to keep up with developments in your business, your marketplace and how your customers choose to communicate.
Now you can keep up
Our new Evolve service means we take care of any changes to your website. All you need to do is get in touch and we'll make the change for you. Launching a new product that you want to add to your website? No problem. Started communicating with your customers using twitter and want to integrate a twitter feed into your website? Again, no problem. Want to add a blog to your website to enable better communication and improved SEO? You guessed it, no problem!
Keep up with new technologies
The rate of change in the world of social networks (for example twitter, facebook & LinkedIn) and the emergence of new technologies (for example Geolocation Services such as Google Places or foursquare) means your customers have an ever increasing choice in how they communicate. Evolve now enables you to keep up. Through regular or even unlimited updates you can now embrace new technologies as they become available, and even remove them as they become redundant.
Unlimited updates
A company's website should be a key tool in their marketing tool-kit. Sadly the potentially complicated process of making updates to a website or the charges that can come from having updates made, can be a major obstacle in how a company communicates with it's customers and prospects. One of the beauties of the Evolve service is that by offering regular or even unlimited updates that are covered within one simple monthly fee, clients can be freed to make regular updates to their website with confidence and without fear of potentially expensive costs.
First-class support
We pride ourselves on providing a five-star service and first-class support. When you sign-up to one of our Evolve packages you'll be introduced to your personal Account Manager, meaning you can relax in the knowledge that we're only ever a phone call (or an email) away. You'll be able to ask us questions, ask how your website can help with business challenges and even ask us for the latest ideas from the world of the web. What's more, if you want to arrange a face to face meeting at our studio, that's no problem at all (just give us some notice so we can get some tasty biscuits in!).
All for one simple monthly fee
All our Evolve packages come with a simple monthly fee. This means you can relax in the knowledge that your website costs are fixed and predictable. Our packages simply vary depending on how many updates you're likely to be making each month. If you're not sure, don't worry, you can always start on a basic package and upgrade if you need to. FAQ's:
Q: What do you define as an update?
A: An update can be defined as the creation of, or making a change to, a single element of your website. This could be adding a blog to your website, adding a new services page or adding a twitter feed.
Q: What if I don’t know what updates to ask for?
A: The whole point of our service is that we’re only ever a phone call away. If you would like to make an update but don’t know what to do, you can always call us and we can talk through some ideas and suggestions with you.
Q: What happens if I want a re-design of my website?
A: It’s highly likely that this won’t be the case as the whole concept of our service is that your website grows and evolves as you do. If after your contract period you would still like your whole site to be re-designed then that’s not a problem (providing you start a new contract).
Q: What happens if I stop paying once my contract period has finished?
A: Once your contract period has finished, you’re free to stop paying your monthly fee and walk away with no further commitment. This will however result in your site being taken offline.
Q: Does your service include search engine optimisation?
A: While we don’t include search engine optimisation in our service (although it is something we can offer), we build all our websites in such a way that means they are easily read and understood by search engines, meaning your site stands the best chance of being ranked well by search engines.
Q: Who’s responsible for adding the content into our website?
A: One of the things that we don't include within our evolve service is the creation of content for your website. After all, you know your business, your customers and what you want to say on your website. What we can do however is to add content (text and images) that you provide to your website for you as part of your monthly updates.
Q: What if we don't know what we should be saying on our website?
A: No problem, we can give you tips, ideas and suggestions on what would be good content to include on your website. Simply drop us an email, give us a call or drop in to see us and we can talk it through.
Q: Will we be able to make changes ourselves if we need to?
A: Absolutely. All our websites come with a simple and easy to use Content Management System (CMS). This allows you to log in and make changes if you’d like to.
